What if I came here without permission?
There’s no immigration rules.
We do ask you to register once you get here, and we can determine if you’re a temporal refugee or just a resident. If you’re not registered, there’s no food allocation or housing or bank account or anything for you. It is not illegal to be here like that, it’s just going to be hard.
The only difference between being a temporal refugee or not is that refugees have certain additional help available to them here as part of Project Zero. Which frankly is somewhat unfair, but that’s just how the treaties worked out, and is one of the things that us in the provisional government are trying to change, to provide aid to all new arrivals. Regardless, there is food and housing.
It is possible just to visit here. Temporal enforcement agents work here in the MTPs, Project Zero has a lot of employees who show up to work each day for Haven, although that has decreased massively since they made a policy to hire residents as much as possible, and all of them also can visit here in their free time.
There are also just people out there who have time machines and visit, Haven is a place where the TEAs can’t possibly have an issue with them visiting. However, this does not work in the long term as they either will be averaged back to their thread, or disconnected from it.
