When an action episode, you do a couple of things:
- Tally up your XP. You get one XP if you Invoked at least one Distinction for Comedy, and get one or two XP if you invoked one or at least two Distinctions for Drama.
Between jobs, you have downtime.
There are two sets of things you can do during downtime, Personal and Team.
Personal Downtime
You get personal downtime between every episode, no matter how long between them.
Team Downtime
Depending on the amount of time, you also may have Team Downtime.
